- Line 4.0 gas detectors for point measurement and detection of a specific gas in the atmosphere.
Line 4.0 gas detector can work with a wide range of sensors (catalytic sensors, electrochemical sensors, IR or PID sensors), thus allowing for wide configurability in terms of the requirements of a given facility. Depending on the sensor used, gas detectors can work in a wide range of environmental conditions. Some of the Line 4.0 detectors are ATEX certified, which means that they can work in facilities with a potentially explosive atmosphere.
- RapidGas E and RapidGas S multi-channel gas detectors.
These detectors are used for point, aspiration (i.e. with sampling by means of e.g. a pump) measurement and detection of a specific gas in the atmosphere. The Sigma Gas system is a unique combination of the functionality of devices such as gas detectors, control units, warning beacons or dedicated accessories. - Warning indicators
We offer our own production warning beacons, such as. LTT2 and LTT4 optical-acoustic signaling devices or SOLED3 optical signaling device. These devices have ATEX certification, which means that they can work in facilities with a potentially explosive atmosphere. The use of warning signals (especially in combination with the Sigma Gas system) allows to standardize the communication system in the facility, thanks to which all employees can quickly and unambiguously determine the current level of risk in the workplace.

Line 4.0 gas detectors are devices with the most extensive functionalities available in our company's offer. These detectors have a completely new hardware platform, based on a modern and efficient 32-bit microcontroller, thanks to which it was possible to implement a number of new, user-friendly functionalities.
The Bus Controller MOD BUS Creator is designed to structuring (chopping) an entire system into small portions with an isolated local data bus in each portion. Such local sections of the data transmission bus can operate, depending on the device option, according to the RS-485 standard interface (PW-120-485 unit) or Teta interface (PW-120-T unit - Atest Gaz standard).
The Alpa MOD LED8 Control Unit Module is a device designed to reads the signals in 4 – 20 mA standard, reads signals exceeding the warning alarm thresholds, indicates gas detectors damage (e. g., breaking a wire) and works with optical – acoustic signaller.
Industrial systems widely use communication systems based on the RS-485 transmission standard. The serial nature of the RS-485 bus networks is the reason that a critical failure at any location of the network may disable communication within the entire system. Since Gas Safety Systems are very sensitive to perfect efficiency of communication, even potential, critical or probable failures of data bus lines may be really hazardous to safe operation of the system. It is why application of devices capable of isolating any defective fragment of the network, such as MOD SEP 2 modules, is beneficial and efficient.
Sigma MOD AO is a device designed for collaboration with gas detectors and other associated appliances to make up an overall system Sigma Gas developed to provide gas safety on the supervised area.
The Control Unit Module Sigma MOD DO is designed to present the status of relay outputs.
The Sigma MOD DRV device is the basic module that is incorporated into Control Units of the Sigma Gas system. First and foremost it is designed to integrate all components and appliances of the system into an efficient and reliable Gas Safety System.
Sigma Control H is an advanced Control Unit dedicated to large and/or complex gas detection systems. It is intended to control all the devices connected to it and to integrate them into one Sigma Gas system.
Sigma Control L is an advanced control unit designed for small gas detection systems (max. 20 gas detectors in one alarm zone). Responsible for controlling all the devices connected to it, and integrates them into a single system Sigma Gas.
