Laboratory

Atest Gaz runs an extensive laboratory facilities that make it possible to conduct studies and experiments on how our detectors perform under various ambient conditions.

The climatic chamber, being a part of our plentiful inventory, enables testing of final products as well as their components and subassemblies over a broad range of temperatures and humidity. The test parameters perfectly reflect actual ambient condition of any specific location where our equipment is intended to operate. Therefore operability of various devices can be verified before they are installed in field, which is particularly important for development of innovative solutions.

As a manufacturer of electric and electronic equipment we are obliged to assure compliance with all standards in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Currently our laboratory is furnished with necessary instruments and equipment to verify that compatibility against the following standards:

EN 61000-4-2

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Part 4-2: Testing and measurement techniques. Electrostatic discharge immunity  test.

EN 61000-4-4

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Part 4-4: Testing and measurement techniques. Electrical fast transient/burst immunity test

EN 61000-4-5

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). - Part 4-5: Testing and measurement techniques. Surge immunity test.

EN 61000-4-6

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Part 4-6: Testing and measurement techniques. Immunity to conducted disturbances, induced by radio-frequency fields.

EN 61000-4-8

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Testing and measurement techniques. Part 4-8: Power frequency magnetic field immunity test

EN 61000-4-9

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Testing and measurement techniques. Part 4-9: Impulse magnetic field immunity test.

EN 61000-4-11

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Testing and measurement techniques. Part 4-11: Voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage variations immunity tests.

EN 61000-4-12

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). Testing and measurement techniques. Part 4-12: Ring wave immunity test.

EN 61000-4-29

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Testing and measurement techniques. Part 4-29: Testing and measurement techniques. Voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage variations on DC input power port immunity tests.
