We invite you to familiarize yourself with the offer of Atest Gaz in the field of hazardous gas detection systems intended for use in industrial facilities.
Our offer includes:
- Line 4.0 gas detectors for point measurement and detection of a specific gas in the atmosphere.
Line 4.0 gas detector can work with a wide range of sensors (catalytic sensors, electrochemical sensors, IR or PID sensors), thus allowing for wide configurability in terms of the requirements of a given facility. Depending on the sensor used, gas detectors can work in a wide range of environmental conditions. Some of the Line 4.0 detectors are ATEX certified, which means that they can work in facilities with a potentially explosive atmosphere.
- RapidGas E and RapidGas S multi-channel gas detectors.
These detectors are used for point, aspiration (i.e. with sampling by means of e.g. a pump) measurement and detection of a specific gas in the atmosphere. Like the Line 4.0 gas detectors, the multi-channel detectors can be equipped with a wide range of sensors. The RapidGas E gas detector is ATEX certified.
- Sigma Gas System
The Sigma Gas system is a unique combination of the functionality of devices such as gas detectors, control units, warning beacons or dedicated accessories. The whole creates a comprehensive Gas Safety and Detection System. We recommend this solution for customers who are thinking about a comprehensive gas safety solution in their facility.
- Warning indicators
We offer our own production warning beacons, such as. LTT2 and LTT4 optical-acoustic signaling devices or SOLED3 optical signaling device. These devices have ATEX certification, which means that they can work in facilities with a potentially explosive atmosphere. The use of warning signals (especially in combination with the Sigma Gas system) allows to standardize the communication system in the facility, thanks to which all employees can quickly and unambiguously determine the current level of risk in the workplace.
- Accessories
In this category you will find all supplementary products for gas detection systems, such as: gas cylinders with reference gases, sets for calibration and servicing of devices, junction boxes and mounting brackets.
Atest Gaz has been consistently applying high-quality uncompromising solutions in industrial gas safety. Strict requirements imposed on our products result from a high degree of complexity of process installations
as well as from a large number and diversity of possible hazards caused by combustible as toxic gases.
We have been closely cooperating with representatives of the Polish industry and international experts, therefore we are well aware of the requirements placed on the devices which we produce. Our main focus is on solving problems faced by the users of industrial facilities and on delivering the solutions that respond to such problems. This model aof cooperation provides us with experience, knowledge and additional opportunities for our products development. This is why our solutions are so innovative and have additional features, unseen in the products of our competitors.
The products of Atest Gaz have received favourable opinions from the largest industrial plants in Poland. Our products are used in food processing, chemical, power, gas, petrochemical and many other industries. We watch over the safety of people working in the manufacture of paints, varnishes, fuels, cars, chemicals, steel structures and even LCD monitors. While continuing cooperation with the industry, we look forward to continuous development of Polish products and know-how.
Control Unit Sigma Control H
Sigma Control H is an advanced Control Unit dedicated to large and/or complex gas detection systems. It is intended to control all the devices connected to it and to integrate them into one Sigma Gas system.
Gas cylinders with reference gases
The gas mixtures are typically used to check operability of gas detectors and to calibrate their characteristic curves.
Gas Detector ProGas 4
The ProGas 4 gas detector is specifically designed for critical functions such as measuring, monitoring and detecting hazardous gases in industrial installations. It can operate under harsh industrial conditions where environmental parameters may vary widely (high temperatures, mist and dust).
Gas Detector ReAct 4
The ReAct 4 gas detector is specifically designed for critical functions such as measuring, monitoring and detecting reactive gases in the surrounding atmosphere, with particular emphasis on aggressive or corrosive atmospheres.
Gas Detector SmArtGas 4
The SmArtGas 4 gas detector is specifically designed for critical functions such as measuring, monitoring and detecting hazardous gases. It is intended for operation in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
Gas Sampling Point
The Gas Sampling Point is a device that enables taking samples of ambient air from the monitored surrounding atmosphere with appropriate preparation of samples for further processing.
Service Cable CB6
Service Cable CB6 is used to connect Sigma Gas with computer or another device with serial USB communication port
Sigma CNV ALHEAD (Ex) Signal Converter
Signal Converter Sigma CNV ALHEAD is a device designed as part of the gas detection system Sigma Gas for the adaptation signal provided by Gas Sensing Probe Alhead 4 to Sigma Gas system. The signal converter is intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Sigma MOD LED Control Unit Module
The Control Unit Module Sigma MOD LED is a component of the Gas Safety System Sigma Gas. The module’s functions include i.a.: communication with gas detectors, control of visual and sound indicators and display of system status to the operator. Cooperate with Control Unit Module Sigma MOD DRV and Sigma MOD LCD it is possible to create a system dedicated for several alarm zones with a configuration dedicated to the customer's needs.
Terminal box Ex-GRJ 1607555
The terminal box Ex-GRJ 1607555 makes it possible to make such safe and easy connections between various gas detectors of the Sigma Gas system and other components of gas safety systems (e.g. warning devices or light signallers) working in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres
